Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a startling new discovery that combines “Ancient Chinese Acupressure” with modern day psychology and these simple techniques are transforming the lives of people throughout the world. This is not a complex procedure it begins by tapping on certain acupoints (acupuncture without needles) these acupoints correspond with where energy pathways known as meridians are closest to the surface of the skin. We tap with one or two fingers on twelve points of the body and it will begin to address the negative physical and emotional issues that need healing. In some case’s positive results can be achieved in a matter of minutes as opposed to conventional therapies that may take weeks or months.
This is a very basic view of EFT but because it is not complicated it makes it so very easy to learn the basic principles and lots of my clients use it in their everyday lives on all sorts of issues.
